Refund & Cancellation Policy
ForgeIQ Systems LTD strives to provide exceptional engineering consulting and technical services.
Consulting Services
Professional consulting time, engineering analysis, remote support, and technical assistance are billed based on time and expertise provided.
Once services have been performed, fees are generally non-refundable.
Engineering Projects
Projects cancelled before work begins may receive a full refund of any prepaid service fees, less any administrative or transaction costs incurred.
If work has already begun, refunds will be based on the percentage of work completed.
Training Services
Clients may cancel training without penalty if written notice is received at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled training date.
Cancellations received within seven days may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled training cost.
Once training has been delivered, fees are non-refundable.
Remote Support
Scheduled remote support appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a minimum one-hour service charge.
On-Site Services
Travel expenses already incurred—including airfare, lodging, rental vehicles, mileage, or other non-refundable costs—remain the client's responsibility.
Client Satisfaction
If you believe services were not delivered as agreed, please contact ForgeIQ within fourteen (14) days of service completion.
We will work in good faith to review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include additional support, corrective services, or another mutually agreed solution.
